Sometimes things just happen to work out. The current real estate market in Blackhawk has made it difficult for many buyers who need to find a new home quickly. Low inventory and multiple offers have made the home search very frustrating. This is the exact position my clients were in when we found 358 Jacaranda Drive in Blackhawk Country Club. They were relocating to the area and their current residence was under contract and set to close in three weeks.
We toured several areas including Alamo, Danville, Rossmoor and Blackhawk. Their desire was to downsize into a single story home. Once the decision was made to focus exclusively in Blackhawk the challenge was finding that “needle in the haystack” that met their wants and needs. After previewing the only two available residences, which they were not interested in, we were forced to wait for additional inventory to come on the market.
Not 24 hours went by and lo and behold they got an MLS notification on a new listing in the Jacaranda Villas area of Blackhawk. This was the exact area they were interested in and to make a long story short we were able to get into contract over the next couple of days and they were able to get the escrow closed in three weeks. I hope that they enjoy their new home, new neighbors and all of the amenities which Blackhawk Country Club has to offer.
