The Lakes CourseEstablished in 1979 Blackhawk consists of six gated communities covering over 4800 acres five miles east of Interstate 680 in Danville. Silver Maple, Hidden Oaks, Saddleback, Silver Oak, Oakridge & Main Gates (Country Club Area) are diverse neighborhoods within the community. Blackhawk Country Club has two 18 Hole Golf Courses: Lakeside & Falls each have their own clubhouse as well as many other amenities. Blackhawk Plaza shopping center is adjacent to the community and has excellent dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
