2011 has come to an end and it is time to look forward to what 2012 has in store for us. Danville Single Family home sales enjoyed a nice jump over 2010 rising a little over nine percent. Median prices came under moderate pressure falling just under five percent from 2010. Marketing time remained constant over the last two years averaging just over one month to get a home under contract. In the Condo and Townhouse market we saw a decline in the number of units sold and a bit of a drop in the median price. Marketing time also held steady.
