The San Ramon real estate market is finishing up 2011 in a very similar fashion to 2010. The number of single family home sold for the first ten months of the year is almost identical to the same period last year. 562 homes have sold so far this year versus 564 sold for last year. Median sales prices are down just over one percent this year while the average time to get homes into contract has risen to 41 days from 30 for 2010.
