The San Ramon real estate market has remained steady this year versus last. In the single family home segment we saw a rise in the number of homes sold while prices ticked down a bit and the average marketing time increased by 11 days. Attached homes saw a jump in the number of sales as well as an increase in the marketing time. The big figure is the drop in median price for these sales which is attributed to more movement in the lower end. Contact me if you have questions about buying or selling in San Ramon.
