A peek into the San Ramon single family housing market for this year versus last year provides a nice picture of stability. Unit sales are up for 2011, median prices are just a touch lower and days on market has increased a bit. The attached home segment is showing a nice increase in sales, a slight uptick in marketing time as well as a fairly significant drop in median prices due to the lower end activity.
