The 24th annual Woodranch Garage Sale is slated for Saturday the 21st of July 2012 from 8am until 1pm. The turnout last year was great and I expect that this year will even be better! A participant list embedded with the roster of homes taking part as well as items they wish to highlight is below.

UPDATE: As of 7.9 the online ads will commence via Patch, Craigslist and a few other venues. Print ads will run on Thursday the 19th, Friday the 20th & Saturday the 21st in the Bay Area Newsgroup and Alameda Newsgroup papers.
