The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review of homes sold for the first six months of 2011 versus the same period of 2010 for San Ramon.
Keep in mind that real estate markets are local in nature and there will be micro markets in every town. The activity in the San Ramon market has experienced small dip in unit sales in the single family home space while pricing has remained consistent. The opposite is true in the market for attached homes where unit sales have increased, at the lower end, dragging down the median price.
