November is in the books for the San Ramon real estate market and things are looking very similar to last year. 609 homes have sold in 2011 versus 605 in 2010. Median home prices have come down a tiny fraction while the time to find a buyer has risen from an average of thirty-one to forty-three days. The San Ramon real estate market is finishing up 2011 in a very similar fashion to 2010. The number of single family home sold for the first ten months of the year is almost identical to the same period last year. 562 homes have sold so far this year versus 564 sold for last year. Median sales prices are down just over one percent this year while the average time to get homes into contract has risen to 41 days from 30 for 2010. The San Ramon real estate market has remained steady this year versus last. In the single family home segment we saw a rise in the number of homes sold while prices ticked down a bit and the average marketing time increased by 11 days. Attached homes saw a jump in the number of sales as well as an increase in the marketing time. The big figure is the drop in median price for these sales which is attributed to more movement in the lower end.
